desktop model is the
Dell
Optiplex 960.
You can order
from two different size PCs to suit your
needs. The Mini-Tower (our standard) and the
Small Form Factor. Our
current Laptop
configurations are a choice of three Lenovo
ThinkPads
and one Lenovo IdeaPad.
Please
review this website before ordering a PC as our prices,
models and options change from time to time.

purchase a HawkPC,

include the description or specifications of the PC in
the IDT. Just indicate what PC you would like.

include the University of Hartford Hazardous Material Disposal Fee

If you are disposing of your
old computer, please
complete the
Computer Equipment Disposal
Form
and ITS will
remove the hard drive and
dispose of the old computer
free of charge.
Please Note that we do not
dispose of Copy Machines,
Typewriters, Fax Machines
and larger printers.
Please contact Facilities to
have these items disposed
of.
Do not send this form to
ITS unless the PC is ready
to be picked up.

Please Note: If you are
switching from a PC to a Mac and have any Adobe Software
(Acrobat Pro, PhotoShop, etc.) the license for the PC
cannot transfer to the Mac. You will have to
purchase the license for the Mac version. Also,
any specialty software may need to be purchased as well.
Ask ITS if you do not know if you will need to buy a
license for Mac software.
