To purchase a MAC HawkPC, please IDT the full purchase amount to ITS on account 3240-62960 Comp Srvc Repair, and send the original IDT with the items you wish to purchase listed on it to Joyce Magro in CC125.
 
          Do Not send IDTs to Accounting.     Please Note: Every computer order MUST be on a separate IDT.  

• Computer purchases must come from account 68100   (Computer tower or tower/monitor)

• Computer peripherals must come from account 68130  (Monitor only (if under $1,000), printers, computer parts, etc)
  Computers & peripherals ordered at the same time do not need to be ordered on two accounts - Please use 68100 for both.

• All standalone software purchases must come from 68135. Mac & Software can be ordered on the same account 68110.

Please do not include this fee when you are ordering your computer/peripherals

If you are disposing of your old computer, please complete the Computer Equipment Disposal Form and ITS will
remove the hard drive and dispose of the old computer free of charge.
